TrainWithSerge Boot Camp will kick off a weekend full of fitness and special events Friday, August 19th, with doors opening at 6 p.m.
Join Serge and his athletes at Soundcheck on K Street. They will alternate strength training exercises with aerobic activities to give participants two workouts in one. The Boot Camp combines intervals of cardio drills and muscle conditioning exercises to provide trainees with the ultimate workout. Boot campers can burn 400 - 600 calories in a variety of exercises that may use jump ropes, boxing drills, free weights, and even a little healthy competition.
